B. Bernice Young School

Nurse

Booster Shots:  It is time to start thinking about this September.  For Pre-K students this means BOOSTER SHOTS.  It may be that your child is fully immunized and the school has not received the documentation from the doctor.  Please call the school nurse to check if your child is in need of additional shots.  The shot records must be received for your child to start school in September.  Thank you for your assistance with this important matter.

All new students to B. Bernice Young School are required to present a physical exam and immunizations to enter school in September. All Kindergarten students need to have received their booster shots to enter Kindergarten. I f these requirements can not be met before September please contact the school nurse .. If your student has a doctors appointment after the first day of school, the nurse needs a note from the doctor with the appointment date to enter school. In other words...any questions or concerns please email the nurse- [email protected].
